Without a doubt this is a tough draw for us but if we can’t beat one of the top four teams we don’t stand any chance of winning silverware ever. Allardyce will be well prepared for this match more than any other and it will be a biggest test yet of Big Sam and the team.

All Carling Cup ties take place on the week starting 24th September.
